With their long ears and droopy eyes, Basset Hounds have to be one of the most adorable canines out there. They are also known for being very friendly, but their nose can get them into trouble because they love to follow scents. I once owned a Basset who would follow a scent for days if you let him. He would eventually get tired and lay down in the road until a friendly passerby would stop and give him a ride home. With so much personality these little guys deserve names with lots of pizazz.
